Inland Mendocino

Our Inland Mendocino honey extraction is harvested mid summer from our hives located in the Hopland area. This honey has a bolder, more complex flavor than our Spring honey, and adds a full bodied flavor to whatever you drizzle it on.

This variety contains the widest range of Mendocino county pollens making it the go-to honey for our customers with allergies. No need for a spoonful of sugar to help this medicine go down!

Plants the bee's foraged on for this honey include but not limited to:

Manzanita, Madrone, Vetch, Toyon, Oak, Blackberry, Blue curl, Vinegar weed, Mariposa Poppy, Mustard, Yerba Santa.
