Russian River

honey is harvested mid spring from our hives located in the Ukiah Russian River area. This draw tends toward light and floral with a higher sugar content than our other varieties. We like this one in our tea and works well as a healthy sugar substitute for baked goods.

We know you'll love it too.

Plants the bee's foraged on to make this honey include but not limited to:

Mustard, Vetch, Lupine, Willow, Blue curl, Tarweed, Sambucus, Blackberry.
